We are based in Parsippany, NJ, with clients across the United States. We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving Agadia’s marketing initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives. This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of marketing, including event management, content creation, social media management, email marketing campaigns, website maintenance, CRM management, and prospect engagement. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that promote Agadia’s innovative solutions and position the company as a thought leader in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Event Management:

The Marketing Specialist will manage logistics for 15+ annual conferences/tradeshows, including coordinating booth materials, designing and ordering marketing brochures/flyers, ordering booth giveaways and raffle prizes, reserving exhibitor booth spaces, ordering booth furniture, and booking hotel rooms for attending staff. The individual selected for this role will also need to be available to travel to approximately 5 of these conferences each year. (All locations are within the US). Additionally, this role will conduct prospect outreach to schedule meetings at conferences and ensure all attendees have the logistical details needed for a successful event.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

Create at least 1 blog post per week for the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Work alongside the Associate Director of Marketing & Business Development to create promotional videos, educational content, press releases, case studies, client testimonials, and more. Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts and utilizing tools like Canva for content creation.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and communicate with existing clients. Use tools like Zoho Campaigns to segment lists, automate email workflows, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Website Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining Agadia’s WordPress website, including keeping plugins and WordPress software up to date, adjusting content as needed, and coordinating with our SEO partner to incorporate relevant keyword strategies.

CRM Management:

Maintain Agadia’s prospective client list and sales pipeline. Import new prospects received from business partners using Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Forms. Analyze CRM data to identify trends and make recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.

Coordinate Prospect Calls/Meetings & Demos:

Help coordinate/schedule intro calls, meetings, and demos with prospective customers that come in through our marketing channels.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and analyze the performance of various marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and event participation, to provide insights and optimize strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Able to travel 20% of the year

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience with social media management tools and Canva.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Zoho CRM, is a plus.
  • Experience using WordPress.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp).

Total Compensation: $70-80K salary range based on experience, with standard company benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, PTO, etc.
