Sri Swarna serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Agadia. His primary focus is on building solutions that enable Agadia’s customers to grow in their marketplace. In addition, he provides technical and operational leadership across all product development and consulting practices.

Prior to starting Agadia, Sri has provided hands-on leadership and direction to business and application teams in developing enterprise solutions. His experience includes automation of mission-critical back-office operations and implementation of various regulatory standards for the healthcare, pharmaceuticals and financial industries.

Sri was directly involved in creating the draft for the electronic prior authorization (ePA) workflow as a part of the NCPDP task group.

Scot Lovejoy

Scot A. Lovejoy

Chief Pharmacy Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Scot Lovejoy currently serves as the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Chief Compliance  Officer for Agadia Systems, Inc. He provides clinical and operational leadership for product development activities, the consulting practices and is responsible for both Agadia’s HIPAA Program and Compliance Program administration.

Scot is a Pharmacist with more than 40 years of experience in Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Benefits Management industry. He holds degrees in Chemistry and Pharmacy from Montclair State University and The Ohio State University respectively. In addition, he is also a Software Engineering Management Certified Professional and holds Certifications in Health Care Compliance (CHC) and Health Care Privacy Compliance (CHPC) designations.

Scot’s previous experience includes developing, enhancing and implementing mission-critical processes, clinical and operational systems and programs.

Scot is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy(AMCP) , the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).

Ross Loomis is an integral part of Agadia’s dynamic team, holding the position of Senior Vice President of Sales. In this crucial role, Ross leads and oversees all business development activities within the Health Plan and PBM marketplace. His expertise and dedication are paramount in driving Agadia’s growth and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.

With a career spanning over 17 years in the PBM and Health Plan industry, Ross brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has held numerous key sales, provider, and client management positions within industry giants like Express Scripts and Centene. This extensive background equips him with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the field and the ability to navigate its complexities effectively.

Ross’s commitment is not limited to achieving short-term gains; he is dedicated to identifying creative, customized solutions that foster long-lasting client relationships. His strategic approach and forward-thinking vision align seamlessly with Agadia’s commitment to delivering innovative, client-centric solutions.

Ross earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and went on to further enhance his expertise with an MBA from Webster University. Thomas Ramovs

Thomas Ramovs

VP of Clinical Solutions

Tom is a pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy and PBM industries.  Throughout much of his career, Tom spent time in leadership roles focused on prior authorization operations, PA platform/ePA development, implementations, as well as formulary and MTM program management. Prior to joining Agadia, Tom most recently served as Senior Director of Prior Authorization Programs at a major ePrescribing vendor where his prior authorization expertise helped significantly grow their ePA adoption and EHR-based ePA presence.  

Tom’s past retail and hospital pharmacy experience paired with his passion for innovation allow him to take a uniquely comprehensive and inclusive view from a physician, patient, pharmacist, and client perspective in delivering clinical products.  Tom received his pharmacy degree from Ohio State University.

Nishi Goel

Dr. Nishi Goel, PharmD

VP of Customer Experience

Dr. Goel serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Agadia.  She uses her process re-engineering skills to collaborate with customers to be able to use PAHub to its fullest capacity. Dr. Goel is committed to ensure the internal teams have the resources and knowledge they need to foster deep customer relationships. Dr. Goel has held multiple roles at Agadia including clinical account manager and PAHub Product Owner.

Dr. Goel is a pharmacist with 12 years of Managed Care experience. Her most recent role as lead pharmacist with a free & charitable clinic serving a large refugee population leveraged her operational skills as well as compassion for patients. Prior to Agadia, she was a clinical pharmacist for a health plan providing her with experiences in managing the prior authorization team and working closely with a claims processor. While there, Dr. Noel implemented and used PAHub so brings a unique customer perspective to her current role as she works with prospective, new and current customers at Agadia.

She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy and completed a managed care pharmacy residency at Baylor Scott & White Health Plan. Dr. Goel also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.

John Lott

Compliance Officer

John Lott serves as Agadia’s Compliance Officer, joining the team in 2021 with a strong background in Compliance and Information Security. Over the past 15 years, John has contributed his expertise to healthcare organizations and firms, including Ernst and Young (EY), TEKsystems, Coquille Valley Hospital, and others, specializing in compliance, privacy, quality, and risk mitigation.

John’s educational achievements include a bachelor’s degree in Social Relations and master’s degrees in Educational Administration, Adult and Continuing Education, and Jurisprudence-Health Law. He has also earned numerous professional certifications in healthcare compliance and privacy. John’s appointment as Compliance Officer underscores Agadia’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of compliance, privacy, and security for our clients.

Murali Ailey, the Senior Director of IT at Agadia, has been an integral part of the company since its inception in 2006, initially joining as a dedicated Project Manager. Throughout his tenure, Murali has exemplified exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to Agadia’s progress, steadily advancing through various roles within IT Delivery to achieve his current position as Senior Director of IT.

With his extensive experience and strong industry knowledge, Murali has played a pivotal role in shaping and bolstering Agadia’s technological infrastructure and capabilities. Anu Vantipalli

Anu Vantipalli

Director of Strategic Accounts

Anu Vantipalli serves as the Director of Strategic Accounts, where her responsibilities include leading Agadia’s key clients and assisting them in meeting their operational and compliance needs. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of account and project management, and as one of Agadia’s first emoployees, she is a strong advocate for exceptional client services aimed at enhancing satisfaction and boosting client retention. Anu excels in building robust relationships with key leaders and is deeply passionate about automation, focusing on improving operational efficiency for both internal and external teams.

For the past 17 years, she has been a valuable member of the Agadia team, managing clients from various health plans and pharmacy benefit management companies. Anu has also played a significant role in several of Agadia’s global initiatives.

Anu graduated from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, with a bachelor’s degree in business computer information systems.

Meera Vyas

Meera Vyas

Director, Implementations & Client Services

Meera Vyas has been an invaluable part of the Agadia team since its inception over 16 years ago and now serves as the Director of Implementations and Client Services.  

Meera has a Master’s in Computer Science. In this role, Meera oversees all implementation activities including assisting customers with PAHub workflow questions, providing solutions and recommendations to gain overall operational efficiencies. 

Over the past 14 years, she has worn many hats and has worked with over 40 Agadia customers and implemented over 30 customers which includes Health Plans (regional and national) and PBMs. 

Additionally, Meera serves as a PAHub Product Subject Matter Expert for our existing customers.  

She is a passionate, dedicated and hardworking individual with a solid work ethic.

Javier Muguerza

Dr. Javier Muguerza, PharmD

Director of MTM & Star Ratings

Dr. Muguerza serves as the Director of MTM and Star Ratings at Agadia Systems, Inc. and is responsible for all core product enhancements associated with the RxMTM and RxSentinel application solutions. His focus is on improving and expanding the capabilities of these solutions to create leading edge applications that are catered to the PBM and Health Plan community.  

Dr. Muguerza brings more than 9 years of experience in providing clinical programs/services in the PBM and Health Plan industry.  

He earned a Doctor in Pharmacy degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences – Boston and is certified as an MTM provider by the American Pharmacists Association.

Jenna Heath

Dr. Jenna Heath, PharmD

Director of Formulary

Dr. Heath serves as the Director of FormularyHub at Agadia.  In this role she serves as the subject matter expert to ensure Agadia’s formulary solutions meet the needs of an ever evolving marketplace.   

Dr. Heath has more than a decade of experience providing formulary management solutions in the pharmacy benefit management industry.  She brings her expertise and passion to work to provide streamlined and efficient solutions for formulary benefit design to her customers. 

Prior to joining Agadia, Dr. Heath spent 9 years working for PerformRX and was responsible for formulary management for health plans that spanned Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange lines of business. 

She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and completed post graduate residency training at PerformRx in Philadelphia.

Stephanie Abell

Stephanie Abell

Product Owner, GrievancesHub & Compliance Manager 

Stephanie Abell serves as Product Owner of GrievancesHub and as Compliance Specialist of PAHub at Agadia Systems, Inc. Her focus is on creating a solution for health plans and PBMS to help automate the grievance process as well as tracking regulatory compliance on prior authorizations and appeals. 
 

Stephanie brings more than 18 years of experience with Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. Prior to joining Agadia, she served as manager of Medicare products at a Blue Cross plan which included overseeing claims, enrollment, billing, grievances and CTMs.  She was responsible for the selection, implementation, and oversight of multiple vendors including PBMs and TPAs. Stephanie managed the creation of member materials including summary of benefits, formularies, provider and pharmacy listings, ANOCs, EOCs, and CDAG and ODAG letters. She served as operations lead for CMS audits and supported the operational pieces of CMS bids. 

 
Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
